PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Privacy Policy
DEFINITIONS
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. one that can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements specific to that person, constitutes personal data.

COLLECTED DATA
We collect Users' data in order to provide them with the services they expect when connecting to the site and to perform the services for which they have chosen us as efficiently as possible.

PURPOSES
The personal data that we collect in the course of providing the services or services are necessary for the performance of the contracts concluded with the User, or to enable us to pursue our legitimate interests while respecting the User's rights. Some data may also be processed on the basis of the User's consent.
The purposes for which we process the data are as follows:
Commercial and accounting management of the contract;

DATA RECIPIENTS
The personal data collected are intended for the commercial, marketing and accounting departments of Groupe BV. They may be forwarded to our subcontracting companies, which we may use in the performance of our contracts and services.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
In order to comply with legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert our rights, we may archive the data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.
Thus, the personal data collected by the BV Group relating to the identity and contact details of its Users are archived for a maximum period of 3 (three) years after the termination of contractual relations for Customer Users, or from their collection by the data controller or the last contact from the prospective User for data relating to the latter.
The termination of contractual relations is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User.
USER RIGHTS
In accordance with the regulations, the User has the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him/her, which allows him/her to rectify, complete, update or delete data that are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.
